Project Report (cont'd on second page):
Saved from 15 vines in a total population about 20. Good germination in 2015. This is an heirloom grown from seed I got from Phil Rice, in Hartland, several years ago. Phil has carried them on from his neighbor, Doris Propst starting in ~ 1979. The name "small white" comes from Phil. We don't know the actual name. I have days to maturity at 52 days, based on my experience. It's a tasty, burpless, prolific variety. Great for pickling. Reliable.
