What does a crop coordinator do?
Keeps track of the varieties that are being maintained in the group; updates as necessary
Looks for gaps in the group inventory within their category
Searches out or keeps an eye out for varieties to add
Helps members with questions they are having trouble answering on their own
Maintains a list of helpful resources
How do group members use or help the crop coordinators?
Inform the coordinator of changes in your seed inventory in their category
Contact coordinator when you find interesting information, news, etc. about their category
Ask for help if you are stuck with a problem or question after researching on your own
Tell the coordinator about any interesting varieties you have discovered
